Sleepy Hollow has achieved planning permission on the 11th of September 2015.
It was a long journey bringing our vision for an organic design to life. Faced with hurdle after hurdle, we maintained our resolve, and after developing the design over a number of years, we were able to simultaneously maximise passive solar gain and used natural sustainable materials wherever possible.
Our record of success is built on sensitivity, quality of execution and avoiding long, costly, uncertain confrontation. We deal with planning authorities from strength and knowledge, extensive experience of their culture and understanding how particular policies impact on the project.
