No Win No Fee Service

We are fully aware that planning can not be guaranteed, which means that the greatest degree of risk for any client is at the initial planning stage. As a Sustainable Eco Heritage Architect we approach every situation with a fresh outlook and are very confident that our recommendations will receive a positive response from the local authority. We therefor offer a No Win No Fee Service – We currently hold a 100% success rate with this service.

If for instance we charged £10,000 for a full service (which would include sketch design through to the complete building) using our expert advice, contextual 3D photorealistic images, the required drawings, detailed design statement and heritage statement then the overall fee for the planning stage would amount to 40 – 45% of this.

Risk

Considering the risk involved we understand why clients are reticent to invest such a large sum. We are confident in our proposals and are therefore prepared to take this initial risk and offer a No Win No Fee Service. In the majority of cases we will only ask for payment for services undertaken once planning is granted. We will however require payment for services rendered outside of the normal architectural services, which could include an initial survey, acting for your behalf as a planning consultant, undertaking detailed three dimensional drawing work (outside of the ordinary), preparation of appeal documentation etc.

If you have sustainable building aspirations using a conservation architect and require listed building consent and planning permission to implement alterations to your listed property using Sustainable Eco Conservation solutions or simply engaging us to act as Conservation Architects we are confident that our solutions would be looked upon favourably by the local planning department.
